International Construction Contest EUROPEAN AWARD has developed a strong cooperation with institutions, universities, embassies and ministries from the whole European countries. The mentioned cooperation contributes to the project possibility of the constant development.
All-Ukrainian Association of Local Self-Government Bodies representing the position and protecting the interests of local self-government, conducts on behalf of communities dialogue with state authorities at all levels. Established in 1992 on the initiative of mayors. Member of the Council of European Municipalities and Regions. Participant in the implementation of decentralization reform in Ukraine.
As of February 2019, the AUC includes 760 territorial communities, including 322 united territorial communities (OTGs). Regional offices operate in all regions of Ukraine.

The Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture founded in 1930 is higher education establishment of the highest level accreditation of the Ukrainian education system. Institute BelNIIS RUE has been engaged in researches of construction materials, products and structures for more than 50 years. One of the most vital conditions for this is creating testing laboratories equipped with the required testing equipment and measuring devices. Upon introduction of the national certification system in Belarus, five testing laboratories of the institute confirmed their technical competence and obtained certificates and accordingly opportunity to carry out tests of construction materials and products for purposes of certification, arbitration, expertise.In 2008, upon creation of the Certification Centre, Institute BelNIIS RUE expanded its scope of activities and along with tests proceeded to certification of construction materials, products and works (services).
The Institute’s knowledge of valuable constructions and scientific engagement in significant projects in Belarus is undoubtedly a great field for cooperation with the “EUROPEAN AWARD” to promote and present Belarusian achievements in Europe.
The Academic Network of European Disability experts (ANED) was created by the European Commission in December 2007. The aim is to establish and maintain a pan-European academic network in the disability field that will support policy development in collaboration with the Commission’s Disability Unit.
ANED builds upon the expertise of existing disability research centres, supported by national experts, thematic rapporteurs, and links to relevant networks in the disability policy field. Its philosophy and aims support the objectives of European disability policy towards the goal of full participation and equal opportunities for all disabled people.
In this way, ANED provides a coordinating infrastructure of academic support for implementation of the European Disability Strategy and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
The Road and Bridge Research Institute is the leading Polish research centre engaged in a broad spectrum of issues related to road infrastructure. With their research work, innovations, analyses and consultations they support development projects, modernization and repairs related to roads and bridges, and help introduce rational road network management systems. They use modern diagnostic methods to check the condition of roads and bridges. The institute also develops and implements modern materials and advanced technologies for road and bridge construction.
The Institute takes part in the work of numerous international organizations, such as:
FEHRL – Forum of European National Highway Research Laboratories, FERSI – Forum of European Road Safety Research Institutes, IABSE – International Association of Bridge Structure Engineering, RILEM – The International Union of Testing and Research Laboratories.

Foundation “Wszechnica Budowlana” established in 1993. The Foundation conducts trainings for people and companies involved in construction, deals with legal and technical advice. The Foundation is permanently co-operating with a group of experienced lecturers and experts from many fields.
